Can I provide compatible supplies on an MPS program?

Yes. You can provide either OEM or compatible consumables under our MPS program. Contact us for more information.

My customer has several different makes and models of printers. Can your program support different equipment manufacturers?

Yes. Our MPS program can cover equipment made by Hewlett-Packard, Xerox, Lexmark, Brother and Dell, including over 500 different models. We are continually adding new models to our coverage list. Contact us for more information.

The primary exceptions for coverage are printers that use ink-cartridge technology, and wide-format devices. You can work with one of our MPS Sales Specialists to determine if your customer’s equipment is compatible with out program. Contact us for more information.

How do you handle equipment service calls for my customers?

We have developed an online service ticket portal TicketServe™ that allows end-users to submit and manage printer service requests in real-time.

With TicketServe™ customers also gain access to the following benefits:

  • A permanent electronic record of all active and closed service cases
  • A comprehensive list of all managed equipment including detailed device information such as IP address, serial number, equipment location, Cost Per Page, and service coverage levels

How does my customer get their toner?

Our MPS program provides 100% automatic toner replenishment. We monitor the printing volumes and toner levels for each of your customer’s printers at the network level. When the toner level reaches a default threshold of 20% remaining, the system automatically sends out a new toner to arrive 3-5 days before the need to replace the current toner.

We will also assign custom asset numbers to your customer’s equipment, and provide a printed asset label to be physically adhered to each printer. The toner shipping label details will include the asset number and specific physical location of the device so your customer can easily match the new toner to the corresponding printer. Can I provide MICR toner on MPS?

Yes. We can provide a variety of MICR toner brands for automatic replenishment on our MPS program. Contact us for more information.

Can I provide leased equipment for my customers?

Yes. Our MPS Sales Specialists will walk you through the process to sell or lease equipment for your customers and our leasing partners will handle billing for monthly lease payments. Contact us for more information.

How does billing work for me and for my customers?

Each printer is assigned a Cost Per Page (CPP) for black and white and color pages. We monitor the printing volumes for each device and calculate the total sell price based on the CPP and number of pages printed each month. We then bill the customer at the end of each month on your behalf, and you collect the payables. We provide 100% cost transparency. Contact us for more information.

Do you provide marketing and sales materials?

Yes. We have a wide variety of marketing and sales presentation materials that can be white-labeled for your logo and brand. Our MPS Sales Specialists will work with you on each deal to determine the right set of collateral to be used. Contact us for more information.
